Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way, and it is immediate.

1. Open RangeIQ and make sure you are signed in.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
3. Choose Delete Account (the red entry at the bottom).
4. Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete.

On iOS you will be asked to confirm with Apple before the deletion goes through. On Android it proceeds straight to deletion.

Request deletion instead

If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we did it, email support@rangeiq.poker from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

Please send the request from your account email. It is the only way we can tell that the account is yours.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:

• Your account, sign-in identity, and email address.
• Your chats with the coach, and the answers it gave you.
• Your drills, courses, quizzes, progress, and recorded mistakes.
• Every hand history you uploaded, and all analysis derived from it.

Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups, or where we are required to keep them by law. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us, so you must cancel yours there:

• Google Play: Play Store → your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RangeIQ → Cancel.
• App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RangeIQ → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal.

Signing up again

You are welcome back anytime, but a new sign-in creates a brand-new, empty account. Deleted data is not restored, even if you use the same email address.
